How we vet companies

Thornton Home Pros is a local referral service based in Thornton, Colorado. We're not a contractor. When you send us a request, we pass it to one local company we trust, and that company calls you directly.

Who we work with

• Locally owned companies that hold a current City of Thornton contractor license for the work they do.
• Companies that carry general liability insurance.
• Companies with strong, recent Google reviews and replies that show they care about customers.
• Companies that call back fast. If they don't, we stop sending them requests.

How we get paid

The company we connect you with pays us a referral fee. You pay nothing to us, and the company's prices are their own. We never sell or share your information with anyone else, and your request goes to one company only.

If something goes wrong

Tell us. Call (720) 897-0381. We'll follow up with the company, and if they don't make it right, we'll stop working with them.
